Reliability and Latency optimizations

Roughly 37% of traffic that previously hit Fulgora (eufrly) is now being routed correctly. This affected traffic should now show, as our measurements indicate, an average 23% latency reduction.
Also, load on Fulgora (eufrly) has been stabilised. Non-latency traffic will still be set to avoid Fulgora (eufrly) due to high demand and traffic in that region.
We appreciate your patience!

We've got the routing issue sorted. Traffic should now be routed to the appropriate region. We're checking out the difference and keeping an eye on the affected traffic.

Degraded performance in Fulgora (eufrly) Region is caused by a misconfiguration in our Routing Service, which has been prioritizing Fulgora (eufrly), even though other Regions would have been a better pick.

We experienced degraded performance in our Fulgora (eufrly) region as of lately. We will look into it and collect some analytics. Traffic should not be affected, but it will be partially routed to Gleba (euneam) and Aquilo (eudeki) if necessary. We appreciate your cooperation.
